Our service is available to older women aged 50+ of all ethnic backgrounds and circumstances who may be experiencing feelings of isolation or seeking companionship and support

No, our Older Women Support Service is provided free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters
Yes, where possible we offer both in-person and virtual support options to accommodate the preferences. We will always try to make arrangements so that you can come and join the group in person and start to make friendships in real life
